All application materials will be accepted electronically (preferred) or by USPS
mail, and must be received electronically as an email attachment or be
postmarked by April 12th, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. CDT. Applications
postmarked or submitted electronically after this date will not be considered.
Please remember, if you do not make the deadline, the proposal can be amended
and resubmitted a future grant period to be announced later.
Timelines for first grant period:

12th, 2013 3:00 p.m. Central Time – Grant application submission

15th, 2013 – April 30th, 2013 – Grant application review

2013 – Notice of awards
*All dates will be considered beginning at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and
ending at 11:59 p.m. Central Time with the exception of the April 12th,
2013 3:00 p.m. CDT deadline.
